What kind of powers is Perseus having? I hope you don't get them from the real life, since pointing fingers is not a power, and his only cool thing is his ability to draw, which doesn't makes an astonishing attack.
I was thinking maybe you could make variations, coming from games he likes, you know, for example:
Half Life: How about Shotgun hit? you say he even snipes with shotgun.
Half Life 2: Gravity gun/explosion/pull/press.
Unreal Tournament: Redeemer strike! oh yeah, that would be strong.
Final Fantasy 7: Ultima (magic based strongest attack, cannot be resisted) or maybe summon Neo-Bahamut, he likes that one very much (strongest Light-elemental to all).
Final Fantasy 11: I don't know, ask him.
The Legend of Dragoon: Blazing Dynamo (8 hits at 450% damage in total, fire-based).
Castelvania: I think you may know more about Castelvania than I.
Or maybe from games he doesn't even know, as an example I'll tell you some of mine:
Star Ocean Second Story: Mirror Slice (10 hits, each as strong as normal fight, hit change percentage at 80%)
Diablo 2: Whirlwind attack (use your imagination).
Neverwinter Nights: Hellball (fire, cold, acid, and sonic damage to all, very strong).
Tales of Phantasia: Indignation (Lightning attack against all, extremely powerful, very popular attack in RPG's).
Final Fantasy 6: Quick (spend a lot, A LOT of MP, enables you to attack twice in the turn of that character only, cannot make quick over quick to make infinite attacks).
Or Some extra stuff:
Vagrant Story: Weapons are made by blade and hilt, may be created at a forge joining blades between them to make unique weapons, hilts may have sockets to put gems, which must not be strong, just a bit extra.
Star Wars Knight of the Old Republic: Some rare weapons have sockets in which to insert special rare items that make your weapon much better, different kinds of weapons use different kinds of socketed items.
