Last Monday I read an article about new rating system for video games. One of the things the article stated was that the new companies are trying to attract teen player by making there games appear more Adult like. But the problem is that the current rating system, according to the article, was inadequate. Apparently parents were confused because in some games there was no warning about the "Adult" nature of the game. Another thing mention was that there is apparently no law to prevent a minor from buying "Adult" nature games. Or at least it's not illegal for a 12 yo to buy Conker Bad Fur Day for example (Which is rated Mature by the way). Also it said that it is not the same to see a violent film than playing a violent game. Supposedly the game rewards the players for killing other characters. Now to make a short summary; the main ideas are: - The grownup game market.
- The confused parents.
- The lack of laws.
- The Inadequate rating system.
Now I mention this because I think is important that us as a gamers community should expressed either our worries or our disagreement about what this and many other articles all over the media are saying. P.S. Sorry I don't have a link or a copy of the original text.

Ok, games are wrongly rated, I already played Conker's Bad Fur Day and I'm still not supposed to be able to play it, but it didn't had anything, they just put mature to everything and later say that only kids should play videogames, great!
