They are transmitting it, however the new translators to spanish are really bad compared to the previous, that's why I saw them in english.

I know the worst thing is the selection of voices. I can't stand the voices of march and Lisa now.
And going back to Homer's stupidity...
Remember the part in a court room (can't remember why they were there, but it was related to Homers moronic actions) were the defendant lawyer said:
"Here in this tape you can see how easy Homer gets harmed".
{Then they show a video of Homer driving with his head out the window while being hit by the passing mailboxes}
Oh and by day I think this topic (Homers stupidity) appears in the "Special Chapter #138" after the "23 short stories about Springfield" chapter. Both of which I have on VHS. XD

A special chapter for stupid stuff, LOL.
About the voices, let me remind, a cousin send me the whole stuff but I don't have it anymore, they were: Marge, Homer, Lisa, Bart, Chief Wiggum, Barney, Nelson, Milhouse, Ned Flanders, Mr. Burns, Mr. Smithers, Abe Simpson. I'm not sure who else, but basically, the only voice that didn't changed is Moe's, the important characters are changed.

Let me make your wrong into right.
That chapter or more adequate that episode was an special about how the Simpsons evolved from almost animal characters into the not so animal (Joke) present ones. It wasn't only about Homer's dumb actions. There were also parodies and music and stuff. I even think it lasted a whole hour instead of the half-hour-in-length normal ones.
